I am so pleased with a new muscle testing procedure which I have been using during the last few weeks that I would like to share its possibilities with you. So, here goes!
It is now accepted that diet and life-style can adversely affect the ability of body cells to accurately duplicate. Body cells constantly reproduce in order to replace themselves. If the cells are not being replaced as they should be, the cells are not able to function as they should. This can lead to non-optimum conditions developing in the body.
An example of this could be any kind of skin condition, from eczema to liver spots (pale brown, freckle-like blemishes that come with age) because it is thought that the state of the skin directly reflects the quality of cellular reproduction.
The new muscle testing procedure establishes whether or not the body is trying to correct a problem with a particular kind of cellular reproduction. It also identifies which supplements can support the body in these efforts. The procedure can be relevant to young or old and has a wide range of possible benefits for the body, especially in the presence of chronic or recurring problems.
A series of muscle testing checks, with corrections where needed, sets up the body for the new procedure. Whether or not a particular supplement is relevant for the body can then be easily established.
Before I explain exactly what the process addresses, I will give you some definitions to aid your understanding:-
Nucleus - the body in each cell that contains things that enable the cell to reproduce
Chromosome - a thread shaped body that occurs in the nucleus of a cell
Gene - a unit of material that reproduces in a chromosome, thus causing inheritance of traits to occur
Genetic - the ability to vary widely in form or to assume different forms
DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) - a complex chemical substance that acts as a pattern during the reproduction of genes. Strands of DNA occur in the shape of a ladder that is twisted upon itself, known as a "double helix". At each end of each "rung" of the ladder is one of four proteins called Adenine, Thymine, Cytosine and Guanine, A,T,C,G for short. A should always be associated with T and C should be with G, giving four possible correct combinations along the ladder, as follows:
A-T T-A C-G G-C
RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) - another complicated chemical substance that should identically reproduce the pattern presented by the DNA. Uracil replaces Thymine in RNA, otherwise the proteins are the same as in DNA
Nucleotide - a substance found free in the cell, which acts as a building block for DNA or RNA
SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) - known as "snip". This is the name given to a DNA mis-duplication where, on one side only of the ladder, A or T has connected to C or G. So there are eight possible combinations that can each be called a SNP:
A-C C-A A-G G-A T-C C-T T-G G-T
Amino Acid - the simplest form of protein. When protein is eaten, it has to be broken down to the amino acid form before it can be absorbed properly from the gut. When an amino acid supplement is swallowed, it requires no digestion and is absorbed very quickly. It is therefore best taken before breakfast, about five minutes after the early morning drink of plain warm water.
Co-enzyme - this is a substance, often a mineral or vitamin, used by the body to trigger a chemical reaction, without itself being affected in any way. Co-enzymes are essential for the manufacture of many substances in the body, including DNA and hormones.
The role of my new Kinesiology procedure is to establish whether or not an SNP is relevant in the body being tested. Also, if one of the eight SNPs does show positive with the muscle testing, it can establish which nutrition is needed by the body to support its attempts to restore the correct combinations. There are three possible forms of nutritional support that can be found by the procedure:
a) one of the five proteins involved in the DNA and RNA make-up. This is presented to the body in the form of a cream, which can be applied anywhere where the skin has a problem, or rubbed into the forehead, or into any of the particularly absorbing areas of the skin - the inner upper arms or thighs, the backs of the knees, the insides of the elbows, the soles of the feet, or palms of the hands.
b) one of twenty amino acids. This is provided in capsule form and is best taken all at once before breakfast, about five to ten minutes after the early morning drink of plain water warmer than body temperature. The usual number of capsules to take at that time is three.
c) the relevant co-enzyme, eaten in foods recommended because they contain an abundance of it and/or swallowed as a supplement.
Would you like to be tested? It takes one session of about an hour. Call me on 07976 795963.
It could be the first day of the rest of your life!
